Return and Exchanges

 

BT Technologies MUST approve any return or exchange within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. An RMA (Return Material Authorization) number MUST be issued by BT Technologies prior to the customer returning the merchandise. There will be a MINIMUM of a FIFTEEN PERCENT restocking fee for all non-defective return of merchandise. The customer is responsible for ALL SHIPPING charges, both TO the customer AND the return back to BT Technologies via the same way the merchandise was originally shipped. If the customer wishes the credit to be issued to his/her credit card there will be an additional fee of 3.5 percent to cover credit card processing. Otherwise a company check will be mailed from us within 14 days of BT Technologies receiving the returned item/items.

Unless an item is determined to be defective, nonrefundable and no returnable merchandise includes special ordered items, CCD cameras and any software that has been opened.
